While many unofficial Gex T-shirts exist today, there were several official T-shirts produced during the series's run. This is every shirt release (as well as shirt promotions), broken down from game to game.
Gex[]
Grab This! Promotion[]

Mock-up of the Gex shirt offered.
This T-shirt promotion ran prior to the PlayStation and SEGA Saturn release of Gex. To enter, the participant had to buy a copy of Gex, plus any of the other featured 3DO titles, and fill out their information on the postcard. Those who submitted their postcards would receive a free Gex T-shirt in the mail. The deadline to send in a postcard was June 30th, 1995, and it's unknown if anyone claimed this offer. It's also unknown whether anyone who received this shirt still owns it.
Regardless, images of the potential shirt offered are still available. Judging by the mock-up image provided in the advertisement (and since this is, so far, the only official shirt for the first game), the free Gex T-shirt offered was the "R U GEXperienced?" shirt. It is a white T-shirt with Crystal Dynamic's logo on the front, and Gex in his cover art pose on the back. Underneath him is the previously mentioned catchphrase in the game's signature spray-painted stencil font. The shirt manufacturer is hard to determine given the image provided of it. However, it appears to be made by Hanes as part of their "Beefy-T" line. The shirt is 100% pre-shrunk cotton, and was made in the U.S. The particular shirt shown is also an adult XL in size.
Gex: Enter the Gecko[]
The Wet GEX T-shirt Contest[]

Contest ad seen on the back of game manuals
This contest ran shortly after the release of Gex: Enter the Gecko. To enter, contestants had to buy copies of Gex and Gex: Enter the Gecko on PlayStation, fill out their information onto a postcard, and mail it and their game receipts to Crystal Dynamics. In return, the contestant would receive a free Gex T-shirt. Receipts for both games must have been dated no later than September 30th, 1998, and the deadline for the contest was October 31st, 1998. Ads for this contest were run on the back of manuals for Crystal Dynamics's other games such as Total Eclipse. In the ad, Gex can be seen modeling with the shirt's mock-up.
The T-shirt is white, and sports a front and back design. On the front is a headshot of Gex smiling on top of a blue stripe. On the back is the iconic promotional image of Gex holding a TV remote, however instead of the usual black background it is a blue background. Underneath him is the game's logo, as well as various company logos. Curiously, despite the mock-up image shown in the contest ad, the logo on the back of the shirt is the Gex 64 logo and not the traditional one. This could be due to the shirt releasing several months after the PlayStation version's launch, and close enough to the N64 version's launch. Thus, the 64 was added to the shirt title logo. Each shirt that has appeared online has been an adult XL in size, though other sizes were most likely offered during the contest's run. This shirt was likely also purchasable online or via mail order, and was not contest exclusive. The shirt is 23" from pit to pit and 32.5" in length. The manufacturer of the shirt was Delta Pro Weight. As with all officially licensed Gex shirts, listings of this shirt are very scarce. However, a recent eBay listing values the shirt at $225.

Gex: Enter the Gecko shirt laid out.
Gex: Enter the Gecko T-shirt[]
This is a shirt that was used to promote the PlayStation and Nintendo 64 release of Gex: Enter the Gecko. It is a white T-shirt that features the game logo on the front and a promotional image on the back. The promotional image chosen is a cutout of Gex from the game's cover transposed between a woman's legs. Along the bottom of the image are various system and company logos, as well as the game's rating. Every instance of this shirt that has appeared online has been an adult XL in size. Delta Pro Weight, the same manufacturer behind the Gex 64 shirt, made this shirt as well. Shirt components were made in the U.S., and the shirt was assembled in Honduras. It is unclear if this shirt was available for purchase online or if a mail-in order was needed in order to obtain one. However, it is likely this shirt was given away at events and during contests to promote the game.
Push My Buttons T-shirt[]

Closeup of Push My Buttons shirt.
This was a promotional t-shirt made (presumably) around the release of Gex: Enter the Gecko. It is a purple shirt sporting the series logo on the front and an image of Gex on the back with the phrase "Go ahead... push my buttons!". The shirt pictured is an adult large in size, and made of 100% preshrunk cotton. It was assembled in Mexico with parts from the U.S.A., and was distributed by Tultex. The origin of this shirt is unknown, but the previous owner had it in storage for many years along with two other Gex shirts. Due to the relative obscurity of this shirt, it is extremely valuable and has a current market value of $332.49.
Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko[]

The E3 1999 promo shirt (still sealed).
E3 1999 T-shirt[]
This is a shirt that was given away as part of a promotional merchandise pack at E3 1999. Attendees that visited the Eidos booth would receive a brand new Gex T-shirt, as well as some other Gex 3 goodies. The image of the sealed shirt was taken from a sales posting on Mercari by user, sidceaser. Within a day, on March 23rd, 2021, the T-shirt (along with a sealed Gex 3 calendar and demo disc) sold for $450.
While this particular shirt was given away at E3 1999, it may not have been exclusive to this event. It is possible that this is one of the many shirts Eidos offered on their now defunct online store. This theory may be backed up by the fact that another shirt similar to the E3 1999 shirt was purchased from a thrift shop by Instagram user, pachinko.vtg. However, it is still possible that this shirt is an unsealed E3 relic that simply wound up in the thrift store.
The T-shirt is white, and sports the Eidos Interactive logo on the front and the Gex 3:16 promotional image on the back. The shirt manufacturer is hard to determine given the image provided of it. However, it appears to be made by Port and Company. The shirt is 100% pre-shrunk cotton, and the particular shirt shown is an adult XL in size. Shirt components were made in the U.S.A., and the shirt was assembled in Mexico. This is the only official Gex shirt made to coincide with the release of the third game.

Master of Disguise T-shirt[]
This is a promotional t-shirt made around the release of Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko. It is a gray shirt featuring the series logo with the tagline "Master of Disguise." The two "disguises" featured are Gex's snowboarding outfit and his army general uniform. The shirt pictured is child sized, and is made of 100% preshrunk cotton. It was made in Tallahassee, Florida, and distributed by Mr. Tees. The origin of this shirt is unknown, but the previous owner had it in storage for many years along with two other Gex shirts. The current market value of this shirt is $182.

Deep Cover Gecko T-shirt[]
The Deep Cover Gecko shirt (also known as the Deep Cover Gecko Master of Disguise shirt) is a promotional T-shirt made around the release of Gex 3. It features a promotional image of Gex in his iconic remote pose, followed by the series's logo and the lines "Deep Cover Gecko" and "Master of Disguise." The shirt pictured is a kids 7 in size, and is made of 100% preshrunk cotton. It was made in Tallahassee, Florida, and distributed by Mr. Tees. The origin of this shirt is unknown, but the previous owner had it in storage for many years along with two other Gex shirts. The current market value of this shirt is $182.

Goin' In Deep T-shirt[]
This is a promotional t-shirt made around the release of Gex 3. It is a grey shirt sporting the series logo on the front and an image of Gex on the back with the phrase "I'm goin' in deep!". The shirt pictured is an adult large in size, and made of 100% preshrunk cotton. It was assembled in Mexico with parts from the U.S.A., and was distributed by Tultex. The origin of this shirt is unknown, however the owner acquired it from an old man at a flea market for the low, low price of $1. Despite the dirt cheap selling price, this shirt's rarity likely makes it more valuable than $1. If other shirt prices are anything to go off of, this shirt is likely worth hundreds of dollars.

Eidos Gex T-shirt[]
This is a promotional t-shirt made by Eidos that features Gex. This is a white t-shirt that displays the Eidos company logo with the tagline: "Games with character." Three characters can be seen hovering over the Eidos logo that represent some of their flagship franchises for the year of 1999. These characters are (from left to right): Raziel from Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, Lara Croft from Tomb Raider, and of course Gex. This shirt was most likely available on Eidos's website, but could've also been given away as promotional material during events or giveaway contests. Unfortunately, despite being a common piece of Eidos merch, only a small, slightly blurry image of this shirt exists online.
IGN Gex 3 T-shirt[]
This is a shirt given away in a February 1999 contest held by IGN, along with an assortment of other Gex 3-related prizes. There is not much information regarding this shirt. However, it is likely that this is not a unique shirt made for this contest and is simply a shirt taken from Eidos's online store. This shirt may also be similar to the one given away at E3 1999. But without any images or information to back up these claims, all one can do is speculate.

November 1999 issue featuring T-shirt promotion
Maus Klick T-shirt[]
This was a T-shirt offered or included in the November 1999 issue of Maus Klick, a German gaming magazine. Not much information is known about this T-shirt outside of Germany. Pictures do not exist of it online, and it is unknown if anyone even owns it. Judging by the shirt mock-up on the issue cover, the design of the shirt features Gex and Agent Xtra posing in front of a psychedelic background. If the mock-up is accurate to the shirt's design, then it would've been reminiscent of a tie-dye T-shirt. Curiously, this is the only Gex T-shirt known to reside in Germany.
Trivia[]
- The Push My Buttons shirt references the Dirty Harry line: "Go ahead... make my day!".
