Not-so-Wise Guy (Submerged Mobster)
'Not-so-Wise Guys', also referred to as Concrete Mobsters and Submerged Mobsters, are a variant of the Lenny Mobsters found in Gangster TV in Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko. They are mobsters who were stuck in cement shoes and drowned in the harbor. At first they appear to be dead, but they attack when Gex gets close enough.
