Diver Gex is a power-up and costumed alter ego of Gex. It is exclusive to Sea Span, and allows Gex to breathe underwater.

- This is the only costume in Gex: Enter the Gecko that can be considered a power-up, as it allows Gex to do something he can't do normally.
- This costume is not be confused with the Scuba Gex outfit from Gex 3's The Abyssmal.
